Creators can push hand-picked gallery images to their own Pinterest account — a curated portfolio separate from Apiway's automatic marketplace mirror. Open /app/gallery, select images, then tap Sync with Pinterest.
How it works
- Select one or more images in the gallery toolbar (up to 25 per request).
- Tap Sync with Pinterest. The button appears whenever you have a selection — you do not need to connect Pinterest first.
- If Pinterest is not linked yet, the first tap opens Pinterest's authorize screen (works inside the Instagram in-app browser). After consent, you return to the gallery.
- Tap Sync with Pinterest again to create pins on your dedicated board My Apiway Gallery. Each pin links back to your public storefront

Not the marketplace auto-mirror
When you publish reference photo sets on the creator marketplace, Apiway may also mirror those public frames to Apiway's own Pinterest business account (one board per creator) — governed by marketplace consent and PINTEREST_SYNC_ENABLED on the server. Gallery sync is independent: you choose exactly which private generations to push to your Pinterest, and it does not use the marketplace mirror toggle.
Limits and idempotency
- 25 images per sync request; run again for larger batches.
- Already-synced images are skipped (no duplicate pins for the same gallery row).
- Gallery images are sent as base64 to Pinterest (auth-gated URLs cannot be fetched by Pinterest's servers).
Also from Instagram DM
Creators can connect Pinterest from the @apiway_official DM bot (AI agent → Pinterest) without opening Studio first. The same pinterest_connections row powers gallery sync.
Trial access note
Until Pinterest grants Standard access on the Apiway app, pin creation may fail for accounts outside the app owner sandbox. Errors surface per image in the sync result — reconnect after approval if needed.
