How to withdraw earnings (payout)

Marketplace earnings accrue to a separate balance from your generation credits. Withdrawal is currently a manual flow: from the Earnings tab you click Withdraw Request, and the Apiway team contacts you by email to process the payout (PayPal or alternative).

Steps

1. Open the Earnings tabGo to /app/creators and switch to the Earnings tab. — open in Apiway
2. Review the marketplace balanceThe Earnings tab shows totals, per-listing breakdown, and recent generations that paid you.
3. Click Withdraw RequestApiway emails the team a withdrawal request with your account info.
4. Wait for the team to email youThe team contacts you to confirm the payout method and process the withdrawal.

Marketplace balance ≠ generation credits

Important distinction: the credits in your marketplace balance are payout-only credits. They are NOT spendable on Apiway generation by design — they accrue from brand purchases of your listings and exist to be withdrawn to fiat. Your generation credits live in a separate plan-based balance and replenish each month per your plan.

Payout method

• Default: PayPal. Provide your PayPal email to the Apiway team after they reach out.
• Alternatives: bank transfer (Wise) and other rails are arranged on request.
• Currency: USD by default. The team can coordinate other currencies on request.

Timing

• Response time: the Apiway team responds within 1–2 business days.
• Payout time: typically completed within 3–5 business days from request, depending on the chosen rail.

Taxes

Apiway does not withhold taxes. Creator earnings are paid gross and the creator is responsible for declaring income in their jurisdiction. Provide invoicing information to the team when requested.
