Why monthly cadence and not weekly

Weekly review is reactive: it catches the issues present in this week's batch. Monthly review is retrospective: it looks across four weeks of batches for patterns that any single week obscures. Brand voice drift, environment family fatigue, model identity over-use, and channel-level performance trends are all month-scale signals. Trying to catch them weekly produces noise; reviewing them monthly produces signal.

Tracking failure modes over multiple months also catches degradation that any single month obscures. A failure mode at 5% of rejects in month one and 15% in month three is a worsening trend even though neither month individually is alarming. The cross-month trend view is what catches it.
